This page outlines our limited manufacturing warranty, material characteristics, exclusions, and liability disclaimers to help ensure clear and transparent information for our customers.

1-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty

Manbands Wedding offers a 1-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty beginning from the date your tracking information shows that the product was delivered.

This warranty strictly covers defects that originate directly from the manufacturing or production process, including but not limited to:

Structural metal porosity
Pre-existing micro-fractures
Abnormal finish issues caused during production
Severe dimensional deviations from the ordered standard sizing
Other verified manufacturing defects confirmed by our quality assurance team

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at service@manbandswedding.com. You may be required to provide your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and any additional information needed for inspection.

If our quality assurance team determines that the item is damaged due to a verified manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, Manbands Wedding will provide a one-time product replacement at no additional product cost to the buyer.

If the original item is no longer available, Manbands Wedding may, at its discretion, replace the item with a similar product of equal or comparable value.

If we determine that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know whether repair or replacement options are available at the customer’s cost.

Critical Material Disclaimer: Tungsten Carbide Attributes

Please read and understand the following inherent physical properties of tungsten carbide before completing your purchase.

Extreme Hardness vs. Physical Brittleness

Our rings are crafted from premium, heavy-duty tungsten carbide. Tungsten carbide is widely known for its exceptional scratch resistance, high durability, and strong resistance to bending or deformation.

However, due to its high hardness and low malleability, tungsten carbide is naturally more brittle than softer precious metals such as gold, silver, or platinum.

Shattering and Cracking Notice

If a tungsten ring is dropped from a height onto a hard surface, such as concrete, stone, or tile, or if it is subjected to severe external impact, including heavy machinery, construction tools, gym equipment, or workplace accidents, the ring may crack or shatter rather than bend.

This is a natural physical property of tungsten carbide and is not considered a manufacturing flaw, defect, or product failure.

Damage resulting from accidental dropping, daily abuse, workplace impact, sports activities, heavy labor, improper use, or external force is strictly excluded from free warranty replacement.

Material Characteristics and Natural Variations

Tungsten carbide rings may have minor variations in color, finish, texture, craftsmanship, or surface appearance. These characteristics are part of the natural and individual character of each item and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

For rings that include colored elements, inlays, stones, coatings, or special finishes, slight variations in appearance, tone, or internal inclusions may occur. These natural or craftsmanship-related characteristics do not qualify as product defects.

Conditions and Exclusions

This 1-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty is available only to the original purchaser who purchased the covered product directly from Manbands Wedding.

Proof of purchase may be required to confirm warranty eligibility.

Maintenance, repair, resizing, engraving modification, polishing, alteration, or any other service performed by a party other than Manbands Wedding may void this warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Product loss or theft
Accidental dropping or impact
Chipping, cracking, or shattering caused by external force
Improper sizing or incorrect use
Exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning agents, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing
Heavy labor, machinery operation, construction work, gym activities, or sports activities
Unauthorized repair, resizing, modification, or alteration
Failure to properly maintain or protect the product

Examples of Issues Not Considered Manufacturing Defects

The following are common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects:

Discoloration or finish changes caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, cleaning agents, or similar substances.
Scratches, dents, chips, cracks, or surface damage caused by impact, dropping, friction, or improper use.
Damage caused by heavy labor, sports, gym activities, machinery operation, construction work, or other high-impact environments.
Loss, theft, or accidental damage after delivery.
Damage caused by third-party repair, resizing, engraving, polishing, or modification.
Natural variations in tungsten carbide, craftsmanship, inlays, coatings, stones, or other decorative materials.

Limitation of Liability

Manbands Wedding shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, skin irritation, product loss, workplace accident, or indirect loss resulting from improper sizing, misuse, accidental crushing, heavy impact, or use of our products during heavy labor, athletic activities, machinery operation, or other high-risk activities.

Customers are responsible for using the product safely and removing the ring when engaging in activities that may expose the ring or the wearer to strong impact, pressure, or hazardous conditions.
