At ManBands Wedding, we believe choosing your wedding band should feel simple, clear, and stress-free.

From the moment you place your order to the moment your ring arrives at your door, we carefully handle every step of the journey.

ORDER PROCESSING

Every order is carefully reviewed, prepared, and quality-checked before it leaves our hands.

In-Stock Rings

Most in-stock rings are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Made-to-Order Rings

Some of our wedding bands are crafted specifically for you.

Made-to-order rings typically require 2–4 weeks for production before they are ready to ship.

The estimated production time will always be displayed on the individual product page.

Once production is complete, your ring will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Please note: Shipping transit time begins after production and order processing are complete.

Engraved & Personalized Rings

Make your wedding band truly your own with optional engraving or personalization.

Engraved and personalized rings typically require an additional 1–2 business days for personalization before shipment.

Because personalized rings are made specifically for you, they may be subject to different return or exchange conditions. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before placing your order.

We offer several shipping options so you can choose the delivery speed that works best for your wedding timeline.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please remember: Transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. It does not include production or processing time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Any available expedited or express shipping options will be displayed at checkout, along with the applicable shipping cost.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking information.

You can use your tracking number to follow your ring's journey from our hands to your door.

If you don't see your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship to customers in many countries worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, local carrier, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT or local taxes

  • Other government-imposed charges

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery time.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We work closely with our shipping partners to help ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, occasional delays may occur.

Delays can result from:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Public holidays

  • Peak holiday periods

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us. We'll do everything we reasonably can to help.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

ManBands Wedding is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided at checkout.

LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking:

  • Your mailbox or usual delivery area

  • Around your home

  • With household members

  • With neighbors

  • With your local carrier

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Customer Care team. We'll help you determine the appropriate next steps.

GETTING MARRIED SOON?

Your wedding day shouldn't depend on a delivery estimate.

If you're ordering your wedding band for an upcoming wedding, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

When planning your order, please consider:

Production Time + Processing Time + Shipping Time

For made-to-order and personalized rings, additional production time may apply.

For example:

Made-to-Order: 2–4 weeks
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
