All orders are verified, quality-inspected, and securely packaged after payment has been successfully processed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that all orders require processing, verification, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment. Delivery estimates will also be clearly displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

• Military addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses

• Remote or offshore areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and similar regions

General Terms & Accessibility

Inclusivity

Our checkout and shipping services are available to eligible customers, including individual buyers and corporate or business accounts. The checkout process is direct, simple, and does not require membership registration to complete.

Delivery Address Accuracy

We ship to valid residential addresses, commercial business addresses, and P.O. Boxes where supported by the selected carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@manbandswedding.com. Failure to do so may result in delivery issues for which Manbandswedding cannot be held responsible.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you can track your package directly through the carrier's portal via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date stated in your confirmation email, please contact our support team immediately at service@manbandswedding.com.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered and/or signed for by the carrier.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If the recipient refuses the package or the package is deemed undeliverable, the original shipping fee plus a minimum $20.00 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from the refund once the package is returned to us.

Shipping Delays

Due to force majeure events, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control, shipments to certain regions may experience delays.

Return Shipping & Refund Processing

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
