Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want your wedding ring to fit flawlessly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Manbands Wedding provides a direct and transparent 30-Day Return and Exchange Window for eligible orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

This 30-day eligibility period begins on the day the carrier tracking information marks your package as “Delivered.”

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests before the product has been shipped or entered production.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment or production, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped, produced, engraved, customized, or personalized.

Acceptable Conditions for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a refund or size exchange, your returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • The ring must be in its original, brand-new, and unworn condition.

  • The ring must show no signs of physical wear, daily scuffs, scratches, deep gouges, damage, or external jeweler modifications.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the protective ring box and any accompanying paperwork or tags.

  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or other valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items returned after the 30-day post-delivery return window

  • Rings showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, or misuse

  • Rings that have been resized, modified, repaired, polished, or altered by a third party

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Packages returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Holiday special items, final sale items, or promotional items marked as non-returnable

  • Engraved, customized, or personalized items, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order

If a returned item does not meet the required conditions, it may be rejected by our inspection team and returned to the sender.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit a Request by Email

Contact our customer support team at service@manbandswedding.com.

Please use the following email subject line format:

Return/Exchange Request - Order # [Your Order Number]

You may also start your request through our Returns & Exchanges Support Page.

2. Provide Order Details and Photos

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • Clear, close-up photos of the ring’s inner and outer bands under good lighting

  • Photos of the original packaging, if available

Photographic documentation helps us verify that the item is in its original, unworn condition.

3. Receive RMA Authorization

Our customer care team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct return shipping address.

Please do not ship your item back before receiving an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

4. Package and Ship the Item Back

Please pack the ring securely to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own trackable return shipping label unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS within the United States or Canada Post within Canada.

Packages lost in transit without valid carrier tracking information cannot be processed for refunds or exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by the customer, including size selection issues, personal preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is caused by our error, or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the perfect ring size can be tricky.

Manbands Wedding offers a one-time complimentary size exchange within the initial 30-day post-delivery window for eligible items.

The replacement ring itself will be provided at no additional product cost. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping logistics and postage costs to our designated return facility, unless the exchange is due to our error.

Returned items must be in original, unworn condition and must pass inspection before the replacement item is processed.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned parcel physically arrives at our intake warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection within 3 business days.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved Returns

If the returned item passes our inspection standards, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Please note that the time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund appears.

  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@manbandswedding.com.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at service@manbandswedding.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your case and provide the appropriate solution.

Important Notes

Please contact our customer service team before returning any item. We will provide the correct return address after your request has been approved.

Returns sent to the wrong address or sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Manbands Wedding is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delivered without valid tracking confirmation.
