That's why every ring is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Our warranty is designed to give you confidence in the craftsmanship and materials behind your ring.

OUR WARRANTY

ManBands Wedding provides a LIFETIME warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your ring develops a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, we'll work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Replacement with an equivalent or comparable item

WHAT IS COVERED?

Our warranty may cover manufacturing defects such as:
  • Structural defects caused by manufacturing
  • Material defects present at the time of purchase
  • Certain issues with inlays or components resulting from manufacturing defects
  • Other workmanship issues determined by our team to be covered under this warranty

WOOD, STONE & NATURAL INLAYS

Some ManBands Wedding rings feature natural materials such as wood, stone, or other unique inlays. Because natural materials have their own grain, texture, color, and character, slight variations are normal and are not considered defects. Over time, natural materials may naturally change in appearance as they age. However, if an inlay becomes loose, separates, or fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us so our team can evaluate the issue.

GOLD & COLORED FINISHES

Certain rings feature gold, black, or other colored finishes. Over time, surface finishes may naturally show signs of wear depending on how the ring is used. Changes caused by normal wear are not considered manufacturing defects. Avoid exposing your ring unnecessarily to harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or activities that may accelerate surface wear.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your ring has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team. Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Our team may request additional information to properly evaluate the claim. If necessary, we may ask you to return the ring for inspection.

WARRANTY INSPECTION

All warranty claims are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Once we receive the requested information, our team will determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty. If the issue is determined to be a covered manufacturing defect, we'll work with you on the appropriate repair or replacement. If the issue is not covered, we'll explain why and, where possible, provide you with available options.

IMPORTANT WARRANTY TERMS

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase may be required. The warranty does not extend the original warranty period after a replacement item is provided unless required by applicable law. This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR RING

Your wedding band is built for everyday life, but a little care goes a long way.
We recommend:
  • Remove your ring before using harsh chemicals
  • Avoid unnecessary impact or heavy‑duty activities
  • Clean your ring regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap
  • Store your ring safely when you're not wearing it
  • Avoid exposing natural inlays to excessive moisture or chemicals
